Refund Policy

1 Nature of Our Products

Takkoush Flowers sells fresh, perishable floral products. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered and accepted. We take great care to ensure every bouquet meets our quality standards before dispatch.

2 When We Offer a Replacement or Refund

We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

• The flowers arrived visibly damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
• The wrong item was delivered (different product from what was ordered)
• The order was not delivered at all due to our error
• A significant portion of the arrangement is missing

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+961 81815059) with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

3 When We Do Not Offer Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

• You change your mind after delivery
• The flowers were not stored properly after delivery (keep in water, away from heat)
• Slight color or variety variations due to seasonal availability
• The recipient was not available to receive the order and flowers were left unattended
• Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
• The complaint is made more than 24 hours after delivery

4 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as the flowers may have already been prepared.

5 Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

• Card payments: refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days
• We will notify you via WhatsApp or email once the refund has been processed
• Refund timelines depend on your bank and are outside our control

6 Flower Care Tips

To get the most out of your bouquet and avoid preventable issues:

• Place flowers in clean water immediately upon receiving
• Trim stems at an angle and change water every 2 days
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts
• Remove wilted petals to extend the life of the arrangement
